Our fast-paced lives can often leave our minds feeling drained and our bodies carrying unwanted stress and tension. Our professional therapist will guide you in choosing the body massage or therapy that will most benefit your needs. Stop suffering soothe the tightness away.

Signature Massage Medley – This massage combo provides you with an opportunity to acquaint yourself with our massages and therapies! You can combine three of the following modalities: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Reflexology or Aromatherapy.

Deep Tissue Massage – Working with oils, the practitioner uses their hands, forearms and body weight for this all-body massage. Our trained therapists will make long sweeping strokes up and down the full length of the body, applying great pressure in order to reach the deepest layer of muscle and fascia (connective tissue). Slow, deep pressure and skillful hand movements target stressed muscles, unlock tension and relieve pain.  This massage is aimed at alleviating pain through the breaking down of tension causing discomfort and inflammation.  An ideal pre or post workout massage.

Swedish Massage – A soothing massage modality which employs long, gentle rolling strokes over the full body to loosen muscles, increase and improve circulation, promote relaxation and ease muscle aches and tension.  Classic stress-relieving, medium pressure technique, using varied strokes of gliding and kneading to promote circulation and an overall sense of well-being.

Hot Stone Massage – Hot stone massage is a massage technique that uses heated volcanic lava stones placed along the spine and the palms of your hands in order to draw excess energy away from over-stimulated areas. This massage induces deep relaxation, which helps to improve the flow of energy and bring harmony to overly exhausted areas.  Relaxed muscles are easier to work with, allowing access to deeper muscle groups and improving the massage experience.

Trigger Point Therapy – Our skilled therapists will canvass the body in order to locate the exact area where the trigger point is located. Once the trigger point or points are located, the therapist will then use different finger techniques with varying pressure on and around the points in order to break down the build-up of the knot(s).

Lymphatic Drainage – This is a type of gentle massage intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissue.  Manual lymphatic drainage is used as pre- and post-operative treatment but anyone can benefit from its detoxification.

Warm Bamboo Massage – Heated bamboo massage is a technique for anyone wanting a relaxing and luxurious spa massage or for anyone who needs some serious deep-tissue bodywork for overworked or injured muscles.

Thai Sumunprai Massage – A heated aromatic herbal poultice containing medicinal herbs and plant extracts, is applied along the body’s meridian lines of energy.  The herbs help relieve muscle and joint pain, increase blood circulation, relax and soothe the mind, leaving you in a complete state of bliss.

Prenatal Massage – This customized massage provides relief of many stress-related discomforts usually experienced through pregnancy – such as backaches, headaches, edema (swelling), leg cramps, and stiff neck. Additionally, our prenatal massage reduces stress on joints and supports blood and lymph circulation.
